Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Personal Calendar Assistant, a private utility for its owner.

1. Private use

The application is operated for the owner’s personal use. It is not offered to the public, does not provide user registration, and creates no service commitment to third parties.

2. Functionality

The application may read Google Calendar information and, when requested by the owner, create, update, or delete events. The owner remains responsible for reviewing important dates, attendees, locations, reminders, and other event details.

3. Availability

The application is provided “as is” and may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, API limits, revoked authorization, or changes to Google services. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

The application must not be used to violate law, infringe third-party rights, access another person’s data without authorization, or interfere with Google services.

5. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss arising from missed, duplicated, delayed, or incorrectly entered calendar events. Important appointments should be independently verified.

6. Privacy

Use of Google Calendar information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the private application changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
